This is our custom Brew Shop where you can brew your beer yourself or
with your
friends. If you have no time to do so, our brewer will be happy to do
it for you at no extra charge, all you are required is to pitch the yeast
and return in 14 days to bottle your brew. We carry an extensive list
of over 100 beer recipes for you to choose from. Each batch produces 48
litres (six cases of 24) of cold beer in 14 days.
We offer full and partial
grain or malt extract beers with dried or liquid yeasts. All 
beers
are cold filtered and produced in draft form. You can bottle your beer
in commercial glass bottles (labels removed) with a crown cap, in tin
cans or use plastic bottles in 500 ml, 1 Lt or 2 Lt sizes on our filling
machines. Plastic bottles can be purchased at the store and come in cases
of 12 or 24.

BBQ, pool party or wedding you can take the keg home (with pump) at no
charge (deposit required) or rent our CO2 dispensing system.
